So, can someone please suggest me an easy method of doing this as I urgently need the solution for my problem? So I was thinking of adding HostGator email to Outlook on my local system, so that I have complete backup of my crucial data. Now I want to empty my mailbox, but I can’t delete my messages since they all are very important business messages. A few days back I noticed that my mailbox is filled with thousands of emails, dating back to the days when I started using HostGator as my preferred emailing service. It has been almost five years that I am using HostGator and have a large database of emails on the server. I have been using HostGator portal for managing my website and email accounts.
